Jesus Christ is the sweet aroma of God.  He is beauty.  And He is healing.  (It is believed that the term referred to a “rock-rose” that blooms in Palestine that was valuable for its healing properties.)

Just remember in the winter
Far beneath the bitter snows
Lies the seed that with the [Son’s] love
In the spring becomes the rose.

And Jesus Christ is Love.
